This recipe comes straight from my friend Lacey's site.  I had to pull it off and share because it's delicious!  Aaron and I both loved it.  Super easy to make too.  Thanks for the recipe Lacey!!

Beef Noodle Bowl-

1/2 pound lingiune
3 cups broccoli (I used frozen)
3 carrots peeled and chopped (I had baby carrots on hand and didn't measure. Just chopped up 2 huge handles. We love carrots anyway.
2 tsp. oil
1 pound sirloin steak (sliced)
1/4 cup KRAFT asian toasted seseme dressing
1 TBSP. teriyaki sauce

Boil noodles as directed. Add broccoli and carrots in the last 2 minutes of boiling.
Heat oil, add meat, and cook through. Stir in dressing and sauce. Lower heat and allow sauce to thicken. Add noodles,carrots, and broccoli and toss until all is well coated. ENJOY!

My only tip....Next time I will double my dressing and sauce. I didn't feel like it was enough to coat and flavor each bite. You may want to try it first and then make your own adjustments. I also sliced my steak and chopped up my carrots during the day so when I got ready to make dinner it was done within 20 minutes

 I agree with Lacey on the sauce.  I ended up doubling mine as well because the flavor in the sauce was so good but there wasn't quite enough of it.

I've decided we have a very restless daughter.  Last week when I went for the ultrasound every time the technician would try and get a good view for measurements she would squirm out of position.  It got to the point that the tech. said she was moving around so much she wasn't sure if they would get all of the measurements done. Then today I went in for a checkup with my doctor and when he tried to hear her heartbeat she decided to head over to the other side of my stomach.  So he followed her over and tried again. This time all I heard was a thump sound, the doctor tells me that she kicked the monitor and then moved again to the other side!  This continued for about 4 attempts (the kick and the chase) then finally the doctor said, "well she's obviously healthy!" It's great that she's so active but it makes me wonder what life will be like in a year or two.



We took this today and I think I'm a little over 23 weeks.  My due date has been changed 3 times now so who knows.  The latest is January 2nd.

It's official!  We're having a baby girl!  Today was the ultrasound and everything checked out okay.  And if that isn't enough, you can catch a video of the ultrasound for yourself below.  I'm not sure if the doc's office threw in the background music or if that was my demo video converter, but in any case, it makes for a spectacular display of gray blobs floating around.  Enjoy!
